They are all located near the main A170 Pickering to Scarborough road, so they are in a good central location for visiting many local visitor attractions. Horse riders may enjoy a visit to The Snainton Riding Centre. The North Yorkshire Water Park offers excellent fishing and water based activities.
At Pickering you can take a nostalgic steam train ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. Nearby Dalby Forest has a pleasant woodland environment. Flamingo Land Theme Park & Zoo between Pickering and Malton is an excellent day excursion for families. Scarborough Sea Life Centre at Scalby Mills is a popular attraction. Scarborough and the Yorkshire heritage coast is under half an hours’ drive.
